Our three bed
roomed house has it's own garden and off road parking,situated in a gated community for extra security. The first
floor has a spacious lounge with television,
and radio. Ceiling
fans are also provided for your comfort.
The kitchen is well appointed with hob, microwave, large fridge, washing machine,
electric kettle and toaster, all kitchen utensils are provided should you wish to
dine in.Bedroom one is situated on ground floor which may be suitable for the elderly.
There is also a shower room with toilet and wash
basin all on ground floor.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms,
the main bedroom has double bed, and ample storage space.This
bedroom also boasts a balcony which is ideal for sunbathing or just relaxing
and overlooks the communal swimming pool.
The second bedroom has two single beds, and built-in wardrobe.
The main bathroom with bath, toilet, wash basin and shower over bath is also
on this floor

The top floor is the roof solarium which is fully equipped with sun loungers and
is ideal for sun worshipers as it gets most direct sunlight. There is also a parasol
for those who find the direct sunlight too much and would prefer a bit of shade
